The Commercial Lead Technician provides technical installation, completion, and closeout of a project as well as possibly dumping code and making final adjustments to the system. They are the client’s onsite project interface throughout the installation process. They act as mentors and trainers to other technical staff. They can act as Project Foreman on larger complex projects. Roles could consist of some or all of the below list and may have tasks outside the determined tasks listed.
Minimum high school diploma or GED. Degree in electronics, computer science, audio or technology a plus. Minimum of 4 years of experience installing, programming, configuring AV components in commercial and/or residential environment. Structured wiring, Project Installation, Mounting/Structure, Control System, Networking and DSP experience required.
Must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience completing and managing the technical installation of audiovisual systems, including equipment rack fabrication, site preparation, termination and calibration of audio and video equipment, and implementation of control systems. Crestron and Biamp experience is a plus.
Infocomm CTS, CTS-I, CTS-D or Cedia ESC, ESC-T, ESC-N. Additional Certifications by manufacturer or product a plus. Experience leading and supporting AV projects a plus. Candidates without certifications will be required to obtain certifications in an agreed upon timeframe/goals set. Also, additional experience may be required in place of certifications. Technical knowledge and proficiency in basic MS office applications, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

The Luxury Residential Lead Technician will work with Project Foremen, Commissioning Coordinators and could act as a Lead Technician in the installation of AV and Technology systems, solutions and structured cabling applications. The employee could have some but not have all the experience required for the below tasks (determination will be based on relevant knowledge and years of experience). For areas you do not have expertise in you will be trained through industry certification, manufacturer training as well as mentoring through Texadia Systems Team Members.

The Project Manager is responsible for the budget and delivery of all aspects of the audio/visual system scope running multiple projects, ranging from preconstruction services through construction installation to complete system turnover. The project manager takes ownership of the project once contract/client approval is delivered from account management to operations. This role will interact, train, mentor and perform with multiple design solution disciplines, project management on multiple levels, and interface with internal and external customers/manufacturer partners regularly to provide the highest level of customer services and delivery to our client partners.
Minimum high school diploma – Audio, Electronics or IT degree preferred. PMI/PMP a plus and will be required as a training goal if not completed. Preferred candidates should have prior experience completing the technical installation of audiovisual systems, including equipment rack fabrication, site preparation, termination and calibration of audio and video equipment, and implementation of control systems along with leading projects onsite throughout the project life cycle.
CTS, CTS-I or CTS-D – NSCA or Cedia equivalent. Additional training on control systems or other certifications by manufacturer or product a plus. Technical knowledge and proficiency in basic MS office applications, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

The service technician provides technical support, troubleshooting/service calls, install team assistance when needed. They also may act as mentors for more junior level technical staff. They are the customer support face for Texadia for technical support after the installation. This position can also onboard or help commission a system, plus walkthrough and training with the client. This role could be handling one or multiple projects simultaneously.
Minimum high school diploma or GED. Degree in electronics, network/computer science, audio or technology a plus. Minimum of 4 years of experience in residential technology industry. Must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience troubleshooting, completing and technical installation of audiovisual systems, including equipment rack fabrication, site preparation, termination and calibration of audio and video equipment, and implementation of security and home automation control systems.
Cedia ESC, ESC-T, ESC-N, ESC-D. Control 4 Automation Certification. Security license a plus. Additional Certifications by manufacturer or product a plus. A Design Bid Estimator is a key functional support to the Sales and Design Team. You will work with the team to prepare design proposals and bid packages for our client partners. This role will be responsible for proper reviewing, coordination, and estimation of BOM, misc. consumables, all labor services, and ancillary costs that may be required to complete a project bid/proposal.
Minimum high school diploma – Degree preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in engineering related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience. Successes in designing, commissioning, installing and/or servicing technical installation/repair of audiovisual systems, including equipment rack fabrication, site preparation, termination and calibration of audio and video equipment, networking set up and protocols, and implementation of control systems code. Customer service background a must.
