What is and why Design-Build?

Having one partner to be involved with design through installation and service promotes a project responsibility level that encourages long term trust and relationships. The Design-Build approach is much more effecient and allows the integrator to meet the client's expectations quickly with fewer design meetings and additional partner assumptions. Clients are able to rely on the expertise of their integrators, and will even be able to visit our local showroom to experience our technology solutions in person. The integrator being involved from the beginning will set expectations up front on the project needs, questions answered early, and most importantly, the integrator and customer (end user) are on the same page from the very beginning. This establishes a trusted relationship that carries throughout every step of the process.
Service and Support
Our industry, similar to Cisco and Microsoft, have maintenance and service after the installation. When dealing with technology, equipment will sometimes fail, and usually at an inopportune time. We are there to solve problems quickly and effeciently. Having the same partner there after the install will help with SLA's that meet your needs and be familar with your solutions and systems.
