Commercial Video Walls for Dallas–Fort Worth Businesses

Put your business’s message front and center. Whether you’re presenting to executives, welcoming visitors, or sharing live operational data, large-format displays transform your signage into a sleek, eye-catching wonder.

Why Large-Scale Displays Are Transforming Corporate Environments

They say the “message is the medium.” And with a sleek video wall, you’re telling the world that you’re a modern business that’s ahead of the curve.

Direct-view LED video walls are quickly replacing projector systems and traditional TV screens in upscale commercial environments. We can achieve the same scale of projectors (and even larger) without the faded, diluted images. Instead, these large-scale displays can cover any-sized or shaped area, even curving around columns or slanted walls.

And through their video walls, organizations are transforming how they present information and engage visitors. Some businesses use them like a dynamic work of art. Others leverage video walls to set an ambiance in their hotel lobby, or display real-time data in a transportation hub. The possibilities are endless—let’s find yours today.

Not Just A TV: What Makes Video Walls Different?

A video wall comprises a grid of ultra-thin LED panels that lock together to form one continuous canvas. Because each module functions independently, the display can be customized to match a room’s architecture exactly.

Unlike traditional displays, a video wall offers flexibility in both size and form. Installations can be designed to:

  • Span an entire feature wall in a lobby or living room
  • Curve around architectural elements or columns
  • Wrap across ceilings or sculptural surfaces
  • Extend outdoors for patios, pools, or building exteriors

This flexibility allows the technology to complement your architecture rather than compromise or compete with it.

LCD or LED Video Walls: Which Is Best for My Business?

Improve Focus, Wellness & Workplace Performance with Human-Centric Lighting Technology

LCD video walls used to be the norm. Today, ultra-thin LED and microLED video walls are gaining popularity. If you’re comparing the technologies for your DFW business, let’s break down the differences.

LCD Video Walls

  • Rectangular panels tiled together—limited to rectangular or square shape
  • Visible yet narrow bezels/creases between panels
  • Sharp, crystal-clear images, ideal for close-up viewing
  • Ideal for control room and corporate applications

Direct-View LED Displays

  • Individual LED modules form a seamless canvas in any size or shape
  • No visible bezels or panel breaks
  • Extremely high brightness to compete with ambient light or sunlight
  • Ideal for branding, video, experiential media

Both technologies have their place, but direct-view LED video walls are rapidly becoming the preferred platform for premium corporate environments.

Our Process: Designing & Deploying Commercial LED Displays

1
Consultation

We start by exploring your organization’s goals. Even if you aren’t sure what you’ll use a video wall for, we can discuss use cases and loop in content creators. We’ll evaluate the environment where the video wall will live, and consider brightness requirements and the proper resolution for your content. We’ll determine whether you’ll want static or dynamic content, one media source or multiple, and select the proper processor for the job.

2
System Engineering

Next, we design the modular panels to fit the desired wall dimensions and shape. We’ll determine mounting and weight requirements, and in some cases, will design a supporting wall infrastructure (video walls can be very heavy!). All of this is outlined and documented in detail, including structured wiring and integration with other room technologies.

3
Installation

On installation day, our technicians will install the mounting system and LED modules, all connected through high-speed cables to processors. We’ll integrate the video wall with relevant conferencing systems, collaboration tools, or CMS that you’ll access remotely.

4
Calibration & Commissioning

Once the panels are mounted, we optimize your displays’ brightness and color output to ensure all panels match to create a seamless, uniform screen. If you’re using the video wall to display multiple video feeds, at this stage, we’d configure the content layout.

5
