Texadia Systems was enlisted by a builder to implement a high-end home technology system for a modern residence in Dallas, Texas, focusing on audio/visual, lighting control, and security with an emphasis on aesthetics and performance. The project aimed for a flawless blend of technology with the home’s architecture, prioritizing both functionality and design.
The cornerstone of the project was the advanced lighting control system, utilizing Lutron Lighting Control paired with customized elegant Meljac keypads. The client desired a solution that eliminated traditional light switches, favoring pre-engraved keypads that blended into the home's aesthetic while offering intuitive control over lighting, audio volume and smart controls within each space.
Audio Video delivered a high-fidelity audio experience across eight areas using James Loudspeaker's and Origin Acoustics, primarily hidden to preserve aesthetics, all managed via the Savant Pro Automation system. Video enhanced with Samsung Framed TV’s and Sony Bravia.
Security and Access was integrated with a 2N door entry system for automated front gate control, adding convenience and security through the Savant system. Network Infrastructure has connectivity with a robust Pakedge network and Ubiquiti wireless access points.
