Active Network, the world leader in Activity & Participant Management™ software relocated its global headquarters from San Diego to Downtown Dallas. They asked Texadia Systems to provide a state-of-the-art audio visual solution for the new space. This new facility included 5 floors of conferencing and presentation technology.
Over 40 conference areas are equipped with flat panel displays, laptop connectivity, touch panel controls, and wireless presentation devices. Several of the larger conferencing areas have integrated VOIP-based audio conferencing systems, sound reinforcement, and interactive touch displays. An area called “The Park” is designed to support the company’s all-hand meetings with a Crestron control system, Samsung 3×3 HD video wall, wireless presentation devices, wireless microphones, and hanging pendant loudspeakers that match the very modern decor.
The executive boardroom includes a 90″ Sharp LED display that is mounted to give a “floating” illusion placed in front of the floor-to-ceiling exterior windows looking out over Downtown Dallas. Hanging microphones and pendant loudspeakers support the integrated VOIP-based audio conferencing system. This room is controlled via a 10″ Crestron touch panel sitting on the boardroom table.
A custom LED-based “ticker” display was installed in the lobby foyer and park area for company-wide messaging and other creative uses. Each display is 12 inches tall and over 14 feet wide. Texadia contacted Nanolumens to design and build these custom displays to meet the creative request of the customer.
Over 100 LED flat panel displays are mounted throughout the new facility. Each of these displays are equipped with a wireless presentation unit, allowing an employee to connect their laptop with the simple click of a button. No wires needed.
