Eagle Materials, Inc. is a building materials company that provides the lowest-cost products by innovating to use fewer resources than others to make the same commodities, specifically, less energy, mineral resources, paper, water and waste, and more recycled resources than other producers. And through relentless and continuous improvement they use fewer resources today than they did just a few years ago.
Founded in 1960, as apart of Centex Corporation, Eagle Materials became a fully independent company through a spin-off transaction in January 2004. Over the years, Eagle Materials has increased market share and increased company profitability through acquisitions, internal expansion, and facility upgrades.
