This month, we’re celebrating Alberto—an essential member of our security team whose quiet consistency, problem-solving mindset, and top-tier client care continue to set the standard. His journey into the low voltage industry started not with a plan, but with life itself. “It was the first job I could get when I came to the States,” he shares. “Over the years, I’ve learned more and more—and ended up loving it.”

Alberto thrives in the moments where things don’t go perfectly—because that’s when he steps in to make them right. His favorite tasks involve process improvement and problem-solving, especially when they lead to a more efficient, clean solution for the client. “I like people,” he says simply, “and getting to meet someone new every day is a treat.”
One of his most memorable client moments? A concerned homeowner thought a homeless person was eating leftover pizza from her trash. Upon review of the security footage, it turned out the “suspect” was a raccoon enjoying a gourmet garbage picnic. Problem solved—with a side of laughter.

Clients describe Alberto as courteous, reliable, and trusted—even when they’re not home. One recent client shared how he not only resolved a security panel issue but also proactively dimmed a light, disabled unwanted sounds, and offered ongoing phone support. “We were so comfortable with him entering our home while we weren’t there,” the client said. “Alberto was amazing.”

Alberto is now a two-time Alarm.com Certified Technician, and his technical skill is matched by his humor and humility. A fun fact? He’s often mistaken for being from half a dozen different countries—and enjoys keeping people guessing. His dream superpower? Legally printing extra money. Who wouldn’t want a legal money tree?

Outside of work, Alberto is all about soccer, healthy living, and continuous learning, along with a deep love for his family and a philosophy grounded in gratitude. His favorite mantra? “Little by little, a little becomes a lot.”

After nearly six years with Texadia, Alberto shares, “It’s a pleasure to work here and cross paths with so many great people.” The feeling is mutual, and we’re proud to have him on the team.
