This month, we’re proud to feature an employee whose journey in AV and security began with
nothing more than curiosity—and has since grown into a career defined by learning,leadership, and a relentless drive to solve problems. For Emerson, hat started as a job
quickly became a passion. “I really enjoy it and love to keep learning and growing,” he says—
and it shows in everything he does.
Now serving as Install Manager, his path has included roles as Technician, Lead Tech, and Project Manager—each one embraced with purpose and grit. His favorite projects are largecommercial jobs that challenge him to think bigger, lead stronger, and learn more. And true to his nature, he always shares that knowledge with others. He doesn’t just lead; he uplifts.
Clients have taken notice, too. One particularly memorable moment? Receiving flowers and chocolates as a thank-you for the exceptional performance Emerson and his team deliveredonsite. He builds trust through relationships, active listening, and delivering on promises earning client loyalty and internal admiration along the way.
What surprises most people? His talent for solving any problem—often without saying much about it. Whether he’s managing a jobsite, leading a band as a musician, or kicking a soccer ball with his family, he’s all in. He’s humble, deeply resourceful, and unstoppable when givena challenge. His only wish? A superpower that lets him be in multiple places at once. (We agree—and wouldn’t mind cloning him ourselves!)
