Jeanne's journey into the AV industry started by chance but has grown into a remarkable career spanning over a decade. Moving to Texas and landing a job on her first interview marked the beginning of an inspiring story of adaptability, growth, and commitment to excellence.
What drives Jeanne? She thrives on projects that challenge her and offer the satisfaction of seeing a resolution come to life. With extensive experience in service, she fondly recalls moments of solving client issues remotely or providing step-by-step guidance, turning frustrations into solutions. Simply listening to a client—a small act that made their day brighter.
Beyond her self-taught technical skills, she brings a touch of fun and creativity to everything she does, including reading stories with unique voices for each character. If she could have a superpower, we would all want her to have the ability to be cloned —a nod to her versatility and ability to excel in multiple roles. From accounts payable to procurement, service management, and security administration, Jeanne has worn many hats, giving her a holistic understanding of business and a unique ability to support both internal and external clients.
Outside of work, Jeanne is exploring new hobbies like VR gaming and painting, and she dreams of traveling to Rome or Egypt, inspired by a lifelong fascination with history. Her favorite mantra, “If you don’t have time to do it right, when will you have time to do it over?”, reflects her commitment to doing things right the first time—a quality that’s earned Jeanne many client appreciations and team kudos, including flowers and cookies arriving at the office from clients directly.
With a dedication to continuous learning and growth, Jeanne is a shining example of how caring, commitment, quality, teamwork and passion can create a lasting impact.
