At Texadia Systems, we’re proud to highlight one of our talented team members, Jonathan Hernandez, whose passion for technology and music has shaped a successful career in the AV industry.
From a young age, Jonathan was surrounded by technology and audio, thanks to his love of music and years spent as a musician. "A/V seemed like the best path forward for someone like me," he says, reflecting on how his journey began. One of his most memorable projects was designing an Executive Briefing Center, which involved multiple dvLED walls, interactive spaces, custom video content, and collaboration with architects. "It was such a fun process from start to finish," he recalls.
What Jonathan enjoys most about his work is building relationships with clients. He’s driven by the satisfaction of solving their problems and hearing them say, "It's working perfectly!" That commitment to people and problem-solving is a cornerstone of his approach, and it’s no surprise he had a flattering request being asked by a client to be a groomsman at his wedding.
Outside of work, Jonathan is an avid football fan, supporting the Oklahoma Sooners and Dallas Cowboys. He’s also a proud marching band enthusiast, having spent four years in the University of Oklahoma Marching Band, and he continues to perform with the Carrollton Wind Symphony.
As a lifelong percussionist, he describes drums as "the greatest passion of my life." Recently, he’s added Barco Red Button Certification and Microsoft Teams Certification to his list of achievements, with more certifications in progress. Clients appreciate his quick responses and dedication, as reflected in a recent testimonial: "Jonathan, thank you for getting everything back to us so quickly. Our CEO and her husband have certainly noticed, and they said they wished they could use your company for our entire relocation process."
