Mark Davis

This month, we’re proud to spotlight Mark, our standout Sr. Project Manager for our commercial division, whose leadership, foresight, and client-first mindset have left a lasting “mark” (ever pun intended) on every project he touches. His journey into the integration industry began while working in Hotel A/V, where the daily grind of setting up and tearing down events sparked a new vision: “I wanted to set it up so it stays up.” That desire to build lasting solutions led him into the world of systems integration—and he's been raising the bar ever since.

Mark thrives on large-scale commercial projects—those long, complex builds where construction sites transform into functional, tech-driven environments. He especially loves watching a vision come to life over months, blending multiple A/V systems that enhance communication, collaboration, and impact. And for him, the magic lies in the collaboration. “I love getting to know our clients, understanding how they plan to use the systems, and customizing solutions that help them reach greater heights,” he says.

That relationship-first mindset extends far beyond the jobsite. Mark recently completed his OSHA 30 certification, reinforcing our core value of Safety. He leads by example, reminding his teams, “Don’t do stupid stuff,” while mentoring others to see the big picture and stay focused on delivering excellence. One of his proudest moments came after a challenging month-long project involving constant schedule shifts and coordination with a client and GC. The result? A key stakeholder and veteran in the A/V industry told him, “I’ve never worked with an integrator that has shown as much professionalism and consistency as Texadia did on this project.”

Outside of work, Mark’s life is as inspiring as his work ethic. He’s involved with Young Life as a leader and committee member, enjoys motorcycle rides down backroads, kayaking quiet lake coves, and is currently reading Boundaries by Dr. Henry Cloud—a book about building healthy relationships in work and life. Oh, and did we mention he got married on a boat along the Amazon River while on a mission serving others? Talk about memorable beginnings.

Mark’s favorite quote perfectly captures his drive: “Maybe you don’t notice your progress because you’re always raising your bar.” Whether he’s leading a project, mentoring a teammate, or adapting under pressure, Mark is constantly raising the standard—for himself, his team, and the clients he serves.
