Ruben Gomez

We’re proud to shine the spotlight on Ruben, whose journey within our company is a testament to perseverance, adaptability, willingness to learn and a passion for excellence. Starting as a Technician and progressing through roles in the Warehouse and Accounts Payable, he now serves as our Inventory Cost Manager. Along the way, he has consistently demonstrated the qualities that define our core values and have become an invaluable problem- solver for the team.

What inspired Ruben to enter the AV industry? It’s the satisfaction of seeing a customer delighted with their completed AV system. His favorite projects involve resolving internal challenges to keep things moving smoothly, and he excels at guiding and supporting internal clients toward effective solutions. A memorable moment? "Assisting project managers in securing the right equipment to ensure jobs progress seamlessly"—a reflection of his dedication to teamwork and results.

Outside of work, Ruben is an avid photographer and traveler, with a dream of exploring the scenic beauty of Japan and Europe. He also enjoys reading works by James S.A. Corey, particularly "The Expanse" series, and draw inspiration from the mantra, "Why do we fall? So that we can learn to pick ourselves up," from Alfred Pennyworth.

If Ruben could have a superpower, it would be to become an "Excel Master"—a nod to his commitment to efficiency and organization. His growth within the company, coupled with a natural ability to help others solve problems, truly sets what we call "The Bar". It’s truly inspirational.
