The Texadia Systems Design-Build Process

The Texadia Systems Design-Build Process

How We Bring Your Vision to Life

The end result of a project is only as good as the planning and skill that goes into it. As a full-service design-build technology and AV firm, Texadia Systems follows a standardized design-build process, ensuring unrivaled, personalized results. Our goals are to exceed your expectations, provide unmatched service and support, and build lifelong relationships that you can rely on as your technology needs change.

To ensure an exceptional project, we follow the following process from the initial conception through completion and beyond. Every detail is carefully examined and thoughtfully considered, ensuring you receive a customized solution that fulfills your needs, wants, and dreams. With Texadia Systems as your partner, you can think big, imagine the possibilities, and watch it all come to life!

Discovery

In this initial stage, we take time to understand your vision. Together, we'll explore your lifestyle, daily activities, and the technology that would truly make a difference in your home or business. We’ll explore your priorities, budget, and where you see your technology solutions several years out, so we can ensure the systems are scalable and geared toward your goals.

System Design

During this stage, we custom-design the most efficient layout for your system, defining functionality and design for every room and area. With your feedback, we’ll continue to finetune the system design until all elements are in place. Finally, we'll prepare project drawings and develop a proposal, always paying attention to the minutest details. After we get your approval, the heavy lifting begins.

Engineering

We’ll prepare project drawings and documentation highlighting all technology, including audio-video integration, automation, low-voltage wiring, and lighting specifications. These documents contain all the details our technicians follow when creating your vision.

Implementation

At this stage of the process, the hands-on work begins. Depending on the project, we may work with your architect, builder, and designer as we start with the pre-wiring before proceeding to the installation and programming phases. Our technicians test all devices, calibrate speakers, and ensure all aspects considered in the previous stages have been integrated. Once all technologies and devices are in place and up and running, we teach you how to use the system, answering any questions and ensuring you're comfortable and as excited as we are about your new technology.

Service and Support

We care about our clients and even treat them as our friends--an important detail that differentiates our team from others in the business. Our service and support team is available 24/7. We also offer extended service contracts on all solutions so that you can rest assured knowing your technology is covered. If you have questions or require service, we’re there for you.

If you have any questions about our services, have a project in mind, or simply want to learn about the many possibilities with today’s technology, don’t hesitate to contact us. At Texadia Systems, we’re excited to share our passion with you. To learn more about our design-build process or to schedule a complimentary consultation, contact Texadia Systems today.
