The best thing about collaborating with partner manufacturers and clients together is an opportunity to really showcase how products can work in the end users environment.  We had a great experience with Andres Garcia at Kramer and one of our client partners.  We had Kramer come in for ½ a day and allow all the end users to touch and experience the products live in their facility.  The outcome was phenomenal.  Every department had different questions, concerns, and uses for the VIA product.  It could not have gone better and really showcased this incredible product throughout different business units.

The list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the American economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent small businesses. Texadia Systems, a dedicated smart home integrator for the University Park and Dallas, TX, area, is proud to announce its new Ketra lighting control showroom is now open. The new space is a full demonstration center that empowers visitors to experience Ketra tunable lighting and motorized blinds with a press of a button—transforming the room’s atmosphere. 

We are pleased to welcome Chace Groves to our team.  Chace will be taking on a CAD Operator role at Texadia.   It’s a behind the scenes role that should be given a huge round of applause.

Texadia Systems is now a Diamond Dealer for Control4. To be a Control4 Dealer, a company must invest in their employees to complete a series of training classes and obtain specialized certifications.

At Texadia Systems, our expertise as skilled systems integrators, combined with Control4 training and support, has helped us attain a Diamond Level certification for Control4.

The Texadia Family continues to grow. We are pleased to welcome Chris Adkins to our team. Chris will be taking on a High End Residential Installation role at Texadia Systems. A position that requires many tasks to be successful and not all of those tasks are technical.

As I reflect back on Texadia Systems very exciting 2018, I wanted to share with you some highlights of our year and talk to you about our company’s direction for 2019.

2018 was an incredible year for Texadia Systems. Here are some of our key accomplishments:

The 29th Annual SMU Cox Dallas 100™ Awards Ceremony and Banquet will be held at the Omni Hotel on Thursday, November 21 at the Omni Dallas Hotel, 555 S. Lamar Street in downtown Dallas.

The Cox School’s Caruth Institute for Entrepreneurship ranks the top 100 Dallas privately-held entrepreneurial companies annually based on percentage growth and absolute dollar growth over the previous three years. The Institute, working with the accounting firm BKD LLP CPAs and Advisors examined sales from hundreds of companies for 2016 to 2018, the last year for which complete data is available. The winners represent a broad spectrum of Dallas-area businesses. The ranking of the top 100 fastest-growing companies will be revealed at the awards ceremony.

After Hurricane Harvey caused widespread destruction along the Texas coast and disastrous flooding in Houston, our team saw that the need for help in our community is great. Many of the people dislocated from these areas have come to North Texas and the Dallas area to stay in shelters or to start over after losing everything.

At Texadia Systems, we believe in giving to our community and helping those in need. So we are proud to announce that we recently sponsored North Texas Giving Day, donating and raising $10,550!

Texadia had an opportunity last night to donate and take part in a spectacular event for the children at Focus on the Future School for Autism - http://focussped.com/. Texadia and other companies occupied multiple suites at the Embassy Suites Dallas near the Galleria. We decorated the door making it a fun way to “knock” and say “Trick or Treat”. The children were able to walk around the hotel knocking on doors and have a Halloween celebration in a safe environment. We had candy and stickers to pass out, plus a pumpkin and bat decorating station for the kids to create their own jack-o-lantern.

There were special guests; Rowdy, Dallas Cowboy Mascot, Higher Hopes balloon artist, David Rollins with the Seattle Mariners, Ty Washington with Daytona Tortugas plus additional games and activities. 

Some of these children Trick-or-Treated for the first time in their lives. The children as well as the parents were so excited at the opportunity.

Autism is a neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by impaired social interaction, verbal and non-verbal communication, and restricted and repetitive behavior. Parents usually notice signs in the first two years of their child's life. These signs often develop gradually, though some children with autism reach their developmental milestones at a normal pace and then regress.

Brenda M. Batts, Ph.D., Director for the school, was overwhelmed with joy. She, the teachers, and staff all dressed up with the kids and walked throughout the hotel together. You can see the proud dedication these amazing heroes have on the children’s lives. We can’t say enough about the school and what they are doing to help these children and their families literally “Focus on their Future”. Preparing the students and their parents for day-to-day real life events that we all take for granted as normal tasks.

Focus on the Future Training Center is an accredited and highly regarded private school in Plano, Texas for students, ages 3 to Grade 12, with Autism and other developmental disorders. They offer some of the best Autism early intervention in the country, as well as unique individualized curriculum featuring Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Music instruction.

As we roll into 2016 and more than ever, Project Management on every level of the company is important to the success of not only individual projects but the most important project – the business. Driving quality customer service internally and externally have to be “project managed” every day closely. Is your PMO (Project Management Office or Operations) and Team ready for 2016?

This transaction represents the convergence of two innovative, best-in-class home automation companies with the goal of providing unparalleled industry knowledge and world-class customer support to its builder and client communities. The privately held company will operate under the brand name Texadia Home Technologies.
