How Can I Display Multiple Feeds at Once on My Video Wall?

Getting Started with Direct-View LED Walls

From command centers to retail spaces, all types of businesses thrive with a video wall display.

While the video wall has been around for quite some time (first introduced in the early 1980s), the latest, greatest version in 2025 is the Direct View LED Video Wall. Unlike previous iterations, DVLEDs don’t use a backlight to display an image. Instead, each individual LED diode is both a light source and a pixel. Each pixel emits its own light, creating richer colors and a smooth, grid-free image.

Direct View LED walls are also completely modular and scalable to any size or aspect ratio—which is especially helpful for any business looking to get creative with their video wall display. You don’t have to stick to one image or video on the screen. Why not use your wall-sized screen to share all the content you desire?

Whether you need game coverage in a sports bar or wayfinding content in an airport, a commercial integrator like Texadia Systems can help you customize the number of images/videos on display. Here’s how it works.

Two Essential Components: the Processor & Controller

To set up your video wall’s display, you’ll need a quality processor and controller, which serve two very distinct purposes:

  • The processor is the computational backbone behind your video wall. It manages content distribution, signal decoding, color correction, and bezel compensation. Modern processors support 8K resolution and beyond, and can scale to irregular shaped layouts.
  • The controller is how you’ll customize the display. Through a computer interface, you’ll access layout designs, input selections, and integration with third-party systems.

Designing Your Video Wall Layout

Now, let’s get creative! Our Texadia Systems team can set up your control system with templates that make it easy to drag and drop content into predefined layouts. This way, you can customize where content goes and can split the panel into multiple video feeds.

We’ve seen businesses utilize their split-screen video walls to:

  • Share news updates alongside company images
  • Shuffle through product carousels with social media integration
  • Display transportation departure board with CCTV feeds

Plus, automated configurations can update your video wall content based on time or sensor data. This could be as simple as adjusting brightness and color temperature based on time of day or switching between content feeds (dashboards, announcements, etc.) as the day progresses.

Intuitive to Use with Endless Possibilities

We want your LED video walls to be as user-friendly as possible without limiting creative potential. No matter how you want to configure the display, we work with you to provide layouts and templates to bring your vision to life.

At Texadia Systems, we partner with Just Video Walls to build custom displays for whatever size, shape, and setting you need. Whether that’s indoors or outdoors, a square or column shaped—or anything in between—we can make it happen.
