Downlights come in one of two forms: can or canless. Can lights feature a cylindrical housing behind the bulb, while canless lights are flush to the ceiling without any space around the light. First, Do You Need New Housings?  

Before jumping into a retrofit, it’s important to determine if your existing fixtures can accept LED retrofit kits. If those brackets are missing, a new universal housing may be required—something our team can easily assess and address.

Older lighting systems often used Edison screw bases or GU24 connectors. Modern LED fixtures, on the other hand, use Ideal connectors for a secure, efficient fit. The good news?
