Jesse comes to us with over 20 years of industry knowledge, experience and success in multiple positions throughout his career, ranging from Install Lead to PM to Design.  His well-rounded background makes him a perfect fit and addition to the team.

A career starting in multiple construction opportunities led to the introduction of his first technology job through a family friend with a security and fire alarm company.  Jesse absorbed the industry quickly and was running his own crews within 4 months.  A natural at leading teams.   From there he had an opportunity in Ft Worth at a custom sound systems company.  His 4 hour interview with his future mentor and coach had him hooked on AV – and the story began.

Jesse fondly recalls working with people like, Chris Jordan and the Lanmon Brothers who treated him as an apprentice under their wing sharing and molding him into an extraordinary AV technician.  He remembers the unconditional mentorship and impact these extremely smart and technical teachers had on his life.

Out of all the cool technical projects Jesse has had the opportunity to be a part of, he states his highest calling is being a Dad.   Jesse has 4 children and one on the way.  He and his family also have some small four legged family members...cats, dogs and 2 guinea pigs.

Music and technology have played an important part in Jesse’s life from a very young age.  His great grandfather was a music teacher and Jesse himself was a musician as a child.  He plays guitar, saxophone, bass and loves to write music.  The generations of music keep going as his daughter plays the flute and about to take on the piccolo and his son is active in the band playing the trombone, baritone and euphonium.  One of Jesse’s favorite things is playing in a Prince Tribute band as well as his original band.  It gives him an opportunity to experience different genres.  Have a conversation with Jesse about Prince, a history lesson you will enjoy.

Jesse is passionate and excited about passing on knowledge, mentoring, sharing and coaching the Texadia Technical Teams.  He wants to give back the way he was welcomed and treated while growing throughout his AV career.  He as many manufacturer training and certifications from CTS to Crestron, Biamp, and Extron (to name a few) and working on his CTS-D.
