As I reflect back on Texadia Systems very exciting 2018, I wanted to share with you some highlights of our year and talk to you about our company’s direction for 2019.
2018 was an incredible year for Texadia Systems. Here are some of our key accomplishments:
Texadia Systems is now a Diamond Dealer for Control4. To be a Control4 Dealer, a company must invest in their employees to complete a series of training classes and obtain specialized certifications.
At Texadia Systems, our expertise as skilled systems integrators, combined with Control4 training and support, has helped us attain a Diamond Level certification for Control4.
Texadia Systems is proud to announce our recent acceptance as a member of the HTSA (Home Technology Specialist of America). HTSA is a well-respected group of technology specialty retailers and custom integrators that work together sharing their knowledge in the field and growing their businesses together.
We are proud to announce that Texadia Systems is an official Control4® certified platinum dealer. Now we can combine our expertise in integration with top-notch products to make your life even more connected, efficient and secure!
Where will your Project Success be in 2016?
As we roll into 2016 and more than ever, Project Management on every level of the company is important to the success of not only individual projects but the most important project – the business. Driving quality customer service internally and externally have to be “project managed” every day closely. Is your PMO (Project Management Office or Operations) and Team ready for 2016?
We are pleased to welcome Chace Groves to our team. Chace will be taking on a CAD Operator role at Texadia. It’s a behind the scenes role that should be given a huge round of applause.

The best thing about collaborating with partner manufacturers and clients together is an opportunity to really showcase how products can work in the end users environment. We had a great experience with Andres Garcia at Kramer and one of our client partners. We had Kramer come in for ½ a day and allow all the end users to touch and experience the products live in their facility. The outcome was phenomenal. Every department had different questions, concerns, and uses for the VIA product. It could not have gone better and really showcased this incredible product throughout different business units.
What keeps you up at night? For me it’s all about the people. Are we building a platform for our employees that truly works towards a healthy quality of life? In and out of work? The demands on business and customer service requirements will never go away or change. We all want to deliver exceptional customer service at all times. So what’s the price to the business, the team, and our clients?
The Texadia Family continues to grow. We are pleased to welcome Chris Adkins to our team. Chris will be taking on a High End Residential Installation role at Texadia Systems. A position that requires many tasks to be successful and not all of those tasks are technical.
