Happy New Year from Texadia Systems
As I reflect back on Texadia Systems very exciting 2018, I wanted to share with you some highlights of our year and talk to you about our company’s direction for 2019.
2018 was an incredible year for Texadia Systems. Here are some of our key accomplishments:
- Successfully completed the acquisition and merger of DM Home Entertainment
- Provided all employees with a day to give back to their community and we all participated in Freedom Day with CFT4B.
- Provided full healthcare plan for our employees
- Designed, installed and closed largest deal in company history
- Grew top line revenue by 85%
- Dramatically improved and grew our service team, our service deliverable and service revenue.
- Celebrated our 5th Anniversary!!
We have a lot to be proud of and I would like to thank the entire Texadia Team for your hard work in 2018!
We also have great customer partners. A special “Thank You” to all our clients for your trust in Texadia, the longtime relationships we have built and our new client partners. Without your support and partnership with our teams, we would not have the continued success. Our teams enjoy working with each of you and your projects.
As we look forward to 2019, there are many opportunities for us to improve and become better at what we do. Our goal when we come to work every day is to create a phenomenal customer experience. We achieve this by listening to our client needs, installing state of the art equipment, create an easy user interface for our clients and provide exceptional service and support after the install.
Our word/motto/creed for 2019 is Accountability. Accountability is defined as the fact or condition of being accountable; responsibility / an obligation or willingness to accept responsibility or to account for one's actions. This fits in perfectly with our current core values; Teamwork, Quality, Caring and Commitment.
As we move into 2019, let’s make it our goal to be accountable to our clients and to each other. Let’s raise the bar in how we communicate, install, program and deliver on our projects and to our teammates. Let’s work together and be part of something that is special not only to our clients but to our entire organization.
