Texadia Systems and DM Home Entertainment announced today that the companies have executed a definitive merger agreement. This transaction represents the convergence of two innovative, best-in-class home automation companies with the goal of providing unparalleled industry knowledge and world-class customer support to its builder and client communities. The privately held company will operate under the brand name Texadia Home Technologies.

Texadia Systems, one of Dallas’ fastest growing companies, is an audiovisual systems integration company, founded in 2013, with a focus on commercial relocation projects, design/build AV projects, high-end customer homes and multi-dwelling units. Texadia’s unique ability to balance sales growth with operational efficiency earned the organization record-growth in 2016, landing it on the 2017 SMU Cox Dallas 100 list of Dallas’ fastest growing companies.

DM Home has been building an exceptional reputation in the home entertainment and automation industry since 2003. Its 15-year focus has been on providing builders and homeowners with the very best service, materials and equipment in its suite of services, which includes in-home theater design and installation, whole house pre-wire, security, central vacuum systems, intercom and professional lighting. The organization’s long record of customer success has created high customer loyalty and steady growth.

The same exceptional people and processes that DM Home has built its reputation on for the past 15 years, combined with Texadia Systems’ back office and customer service systems, will enable a world-class builder and customer experience unmatched in the industry under the newly branded Texadia Home Technologies entity. Texadia Systems will continue to serve the commercial sector’s audiovisual systems integration needs, led by founder and CEO Steve Burke.

Texadia Home Technologies will be headquartered in Dallas, Texas, alongside Texadia Systems. Steve Burke will hold the same position in the new combined company. Mike Oborny will serve as President.
