How We Helped a DFW Financial Institution Simplify Their AV Systems
Client Success Story: Transforming Tedious Tech Into a Smooth, Integrated Experience
When a leading financial institution in Dallas/Ft. Worth expanded its office with a new floor, they knew they would need new AV technology. But after evaluating their existing systems, they realized it may not be as simple as adding on new tech.
The problem? Their previous technology stack was anything but simple. Frequent reboots, inconsistent room experiences, and disjointed systems created barriers to productivity, and eroded their confidence in the technology.
That’s where Texadia Systems stepped in with a plan: simplify, standardize, and stabilize.
The Challenge: A Patchwork of Tech Slowing Everyone Down
As this organization expanded, their AV needs grew more complex. Without a consistent system across floors, each meeting space required different instructions, different expectations, and unfortunately, frequent troubleshooting.
Their IT and facilities teams weren’t looking for another one-off vendor to merely install hardware. They needed a real partner to design a reliable platform they could manage internally through their own network infrastructure.
Texadia’s Approach: Partner-Led Design for the Future
From day one of the build project, Texadia collaborated closely with the client’s internal stakeholders and contractors, mapping out a future-forward refresh that would unify every space: executive boardrooms, training rooms, huddle areas, and more.
Three design goals drove every decision we made:
- Reliability: Build around a robust, enterprise-grade network backbone.
- Simplicity: Make every room feel familiar, with unified interfaces and controls.
- Flexibility: Ensure each space can adapt to evolving needs, from in-room presentations to enterprise-wide broadcasts.
Integrated Solutions Across Every Floor
Here are all the little details that transformed this institution into a modern, cutting-edge headquarters.
Executive Boardroom: We installed a stunning Absen LED video wall, supported by QSC audio processing, Shure microphones, and crystal-clear QSC speakers. Barco ClickShare enables wireless content sharing, helping to eliminate presentation confusion. Meanwhile, Netgear AV network switches provide dependable backend support.
Standardized Conference Rooms: Each room is now equipped with Logitech Rally and Tap systems for frictionless video conferencing, Shure all-in-one mic/speaker systems, and Samsung displays. We tied everything together with the QSC processor for clean, consistent audio.
Room Scheduling Made Simple: We installed Crestron scheduling panels at every door, integrated with Microsoft Outlook to allow users to instantly see availability and book the room.
Divisible & Multi-Use Spaces: These areas were designed to support training, events, and hybrid needs. The systems easily adapt for different group sizes and use cases, including streaming and recording content.
Building-Wide Digital Signage: From the lobby to the break room, Samsung displays powered by BrightSign and Visionary Solutions display company communication, which the business can easily update themselves through the CMS.
The Outcome: Effortless Collaboration at Every Level
Now, hybrid meetings launch in seconds, not minutes. The client's IT team confidently manages everything internally, minimizing outside support requests and improving response times. With one intuitive system connecting AV across the building, staff no longer waste time waiting for tech to work.
And as the organization continues to expand, they’ll know they have a trusted partner at Texadia Systems who understands their goals and needs.
