If your rooms are all perfect rectangles with the same lighting and table layouts—and everyone uses Teams and nothing else—you might get by with a kit. But that’s rarely the case. Even within the same office, no two rooms are exactly alike. You’ll always end up with a Standard A… then a Standard A with variations... then a Standard B with a different camera mount or an additional mic array.

That’s not a failure in planning. It’s just reality. Executive conference rooms have different needs than huddle spaces. Boardrooms host VIPs.
