We are pleased to welcome Chace Groves to our team. Chace will be taking on a CAD Operator role at Texadia. It’s a behind the scenes role that should be given a huge round of applause.
CAD and drafting standards are very important in the AV and Technology arena. We are often working with many trades in the same space and some spaces that are tight for sharing, as well as designing custom technology solutions from structured wire/cable with wireless network requirements to specialized video walls and Audio Video conferencing solutions. You can easily and often get caught off guard with the smaller details of what will fit where - what will it look like and what else might be in the same path behind walls and ceiling. The CAD and drafting operators help “connect the dots” and brings all of this to life, visually, technically, and behind the scenes. Not only for the client visual concepts but internally for the technical staff completing the installation.
Chase will be a great asset to the team as he comes to us during his completion of Drafting and Design at Texas State Technical College. He has an Associate’s Degree and has studied architecture for two years. He is proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Chief Architect, Inventor, and other software applications.
With all the wiz-bang wow technologies constantly on the horizon it’s easy to see how his expertise will enhance the simplest to the most complex solutions and fundamental requirements documented before, during and after the project completion.
