To avoid out-of-control windblown shades, the FlexShade ZIP uses a welded zipper attachment to create a sealed enclosure for patios, porches, garages, and pool houses. With no gap around the shade, you’ll successfully keep out insects, rain, wind, pollen, heat, and other elements while enjoying your outdoor living space. 

Homeowners can control FlexShade ZIP motorized shades through radio-frequency remotes, wall switches, or through their smart home system that also connects to lighting, AV, and other home solutions.
