Simplify & Enhance Your Hybrid Workplace with QSC

As a commercial AV integrator, we help businesses realize their full potential with audio, video, and conferencing solutions. Since this is our area of expertise, we’re very particular about the hardware brands we use. And in recent years, QSC has become one of our go-to partners.

Not only does QSC manufacture quality AV processors and in-ceiling speakers, but its Q-SYS control platform is compatible with unified communication solutions you may already use, like Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom

Here’s how QSC hardware and unified communications work in tandem to help your business improve the hybrid experience for both in-person and remote staff. And to learn more for your Fort Worth, TX business, contact Texadia Systems here

Why We Need UC More Than Ever

Hybrid work is the future of the modern business model, and in our estimation, it’s not going anywhere. But for hybrid to be effective and efficient, we need better technology solutions that connect remote participants with in-person teams

The three pillars of unified communication are video conferencing, telephony, and messaging. But it’s frustrating and confusing when workers need to switch from platform to platform, unsure which to use at any moment. Unified communications (UC) simplifies the experience by consolidating all your tools into one platform.

Improving the Conference Room Experience

Even when all your tools are in one system, you still need the right hardware to succeed in video and audio conferencing. Fortunately, QSC’s conference cameras, speakers, and microphone devices can all be synced to the same Q-SYS system - your UC platform.

With just a tap on a QSC tabletop controller, you can join Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet calls, and the conferencing system connects. Remote participants hear and see the team with clarity, and ceiling speakers distribute their input across the conference room.

Smarter Control with Q-SYS

QSC’s cloud-manageable control platform, Q-SYS, supports video conferencing with intelligent features. For example, you can add as many Q-SYS network cameras to the conference room as you’d like, and Q-SYS automatically switches between cameras while delivering video to your UC video call.

Q-SYS also allows you to share HDMI video and audio to displays and projectors around the conference room without requiring additional processors, extenders, or bridges. And beyond the conference room, Texadia Systems can deliver audio and video to lobbies, auditoriums, and any space through the Q-SYS network.

Is your company’s AV and conferencing technology due for an upgrade? Texadia Systems designs, programs, and installs commercial networks and AV systems to suit your business’s needs. Connect with our team to discuss your project today.
